Delivery Policy

This document sets out our policies relating to the delivery of our products. It forms part of out Terms of sale and should be read in conjunction with those Terms and our Returns Policy.

1) We use third party delivery companies or courier, we have no control or influence over the expected or anticipated delivery times and therefore we can offer no guarantees beyond those given or offered by the delivery service. Delays in delivery may be experienced as a result of extreme weather, unscheduled events (including natural disasters and strikes) or any other reason beyond the control of ourselves or the delivery service.

2) Our standard delivery method is first class post and the standard charges are 99p per item. Special delivery (guaranteed next day before 1pm) is available for UK mainland at a cost of £5.95. Orders with a value of more than £10 will be delivered free by the standard delivery method.

3) We accept orders from Europe and they will be dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail at a cost of £1.99 or anywhere in the rest of the World at a cost of £2.99. The time in transit will vary according to the destination. Orders with a value of more than £10 will be delivered free.

4) If for any reason your items are returned to us undelivered we shall attempt to contact you to establish the reason. The goods can be redelivered but we may ask you to reimburse us the costs.

5) Where an order is damaged, faulty or incomplete you must notify us as soon as is practical and reasonably possible and return the goods in accordance with out Returns Policies. Delaying notification or returning the goods may affect your contractual or statutory rights and obligations.
