Double nose hoops
A double spiral nose hoop is a single ring coiled twice, so it sits as two rings in one nostril piercing without needing a second hole. They come in 8mm and 10mm diameters and in titanium, surgical steel and gold finishes.
Rings for double nostril piercings
Two real nostril piercings need two rings of the same diameter, usually 8mm, so they sit level. Seamless rings and hinged clickers both work, and a plain ring with a gem ring is a popular pairing. Same-side double piercings sit best with slim 0.8mm rings so the two have room to move.
Sizing and materials
Nostril piercings are 0.8mm (20g) or 1mm (18g). Jewellery is implant grade ASTM F-136 titanium, surgical steel or gold.
