Orders can be placed through our website. Just login using the details provided in your confirmation email and your discounts will be automatically applied.
When clicking on product pages you can see your wholesale discount underneath the 'add to cart' button, these discounts can vary for some products. By visiting your cart you'll then see these discounts applied.
We have set the minimum order for wholesale customers based on cart value through the website. This currently stands at £200 retail (before your discount has been applied).
If you already stock our products and would like us to accept orders below this amount please get in touch. We will be more than happy to consider other order values depending on product type and quantities (i.e your jojoba oil stocks took a hit over the weekend and you want to order another 20 bottles but do not require anything else).
We aim to get wholesale orders picked, packed and dispatched within 1 working day. Once dispatched UK customers can expect to receive their orders within 1 - 2 working days. International delivery ETA's tend to be a mixed bag but most orders arrive within 5 - 14 working days.

Imagine offering one of your clients an engraved phone case to match there new awesome tattoo. Well you can! SIBJ offer a fully custom 'made to order' service on body jewellery and accessories. All of our custom products are made in-house, by ourselves, right here in the UK.
Within 3 - 5 working days we can have that tattoo design etched onto a pair of plugs, printed onto some acrylic picture plugs or professionally engraved into our premium wooden phone cases. View our full range of custom products below.
We are working on improving the functionality for our wholesale customers to place one-off custom orders at discounted rates without MOQ requirements.
- If you are ordering your custom products in bulk or as part of a larger order then please do so through the website (minimum order value will apply).

Once we've received your order we will shortly follow up with a digital mockup of the custom design to ensure text and/or positioning is correct. You can then pass on this proof to your customer to approve or approve on their behalf.
Custom products can either be shipped directly to your customers address or to your shop for them to pick up.
Products can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
