Build a flat back stud that's secure, smooth and totally you. The Titanium Threaded Labret Bar is an internally threaded labret stud – the thread sits inside the bar, so only smooth, polished titanium passes through your piercing. Pick your size, screw on the top you love and change it up whenever you like.
Why you'll love it
-
Screw-in security – the top threads firmly into the bar – perfect if you'd rather set it and forget it.
-
Internally threaded – no exposed screw thread to scratch or irritate on the way in.
-
ASTM F-136 titanium – implant-grade, nickel-free, lightweight and corrosion-resistant – a favourite for sensitive skin.
-
Low-profile flat back – the smooth disc sits flush against your skin, so there's nothing to catch or dig in.
-
70+ tops, one bar – all of our threaded tops fit our threaded bars, so your labret can wear a new look every day.
How to build yours
-
Choose your size – select your gauge and bar length above.
-
Add your top – one top finishes a labret; grab a few extra to switch between (multi-buy savings kick in at three).
-
Screw it on – hold the disc and turn the top clockwise until it's snug. Turn it anticlockwise to change it.
Which piercings does it fit?
Wear it in your lobe, helix, forward helix, hidden helix, flat, conch, tragus or anti-tragus, as a nostril stud, or in lip piercings including labret, medusa, Monroe, snake bites and cheek.
What size do I need?
Typical sizes for healed piercings:

-

-
Tragus: 1.2mm (16g), 6mm

FAQs
Is a top included?
No – you're buying the bar, so the top is your choice. Add it in step 4 of the builder above.
Threaded or threadless – which should I pick?
Threaded tops screw in for a firm, secure hold. Threadless tops push in, so swapping is quicker. Prefer push-fit? See the Titanium Threadless Labret Bar.
Will your tops fit other brands' labrets?
Thread sizes vary between brands, so we can only promise that our threaded tops fit our threaded bars – which is exactly why we sell them together.
