We hate how many online retailers only sell plugs as singles. That's why at SIBJ we give you the choice! Whether you have just one lobe stretched or both, you can select your size and quantity option without having to ask yourself the question, " Is that price for a pair?".
Don't worry, make the most of our new filtering system found down the left-hand side of every category page. We recommend starting by selecting your gauge size, straight away this will filter out any products that don't come in your size. You can then filter down further by selecting a product type, material, range and flare type.
Discount codes can be entered at checkout. If you're on your desktop or laptop you'll find the discount code box in the upper right corner along with your order summary. If you're on a mobile device it may be hidden under the order summary tab. Simply tap 'Show order summary' at the top of the check out page to reveal the discount code box.

We accept all currencies from all over the globe. Our clever website will pick up where you are visiting us from and hopefully display your native currency. Please note that the conversion shown on the website is taken from live rates but may not be 100% accurate to the exact amount you will be charged. All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pound) and are converted and charged by the payment gateway or your bank. These conversion rates can vary slightly and your bank may also charge a small fee to complete this conversion. For 100% accurate charges before committing to the purchase we recommend using Paypal at checkout. Paypal will show you the exact conversion to your native currency before checking out and will charge no fees to you as the buyer. You also don't need to have a Paypal account, simply check out as a guest.
We like to give our customers options, that's why we offer more payments methods than any of our competitors. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Payal, Amazon Pay and you can even pay with your finger print or face thanks to Apple Pay.

We pride ourselves on speedy dispatch times. If you place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday we'll dispatch your items the very same day. Unfortunately, we need a couple days off so we do not dispatch on weekends.
For customers using DHL Global Express the cut-off for same day dispatch is 12pm.
All standard UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail offer an extremely reliable fast service with most parcels arriving the very next day!
International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Air Mail and can vary in terms of transit time.
Average Standard Delivery Times:
During busy periods such as Christmas time please allow longer to avoid disappointment.
Average Express Delivery Times:
For our express UK shipments we use DPD for mainland UK and Royal Mail Special Delivery for the Highlands, Channel Islands and other postcodes unavailable to couriers.
Orders need to be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to guarantee same day dispatch and next day delivery. We also now offer guaranteed Saturday delivery for all UK orders placed before 3pm Friday!
We currently over DHL Global Express to the US which can provide next day delivery in some areas, although typical delivery timeframes are 1 - 3 working days.
We know paying for delivery sucks, so we've tried to keep costs to a minimum.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a guaranteed Sunday delivery method at this time.
International Express Tracked Options:
EU Fully Tracked Express is £4.99 reduced to £3.99 for orders above £40.
For Romania, Bulgaria & Czech Republic only a Tracked & Signed Express service is available and is charged at £6.99 reduced to £5.99 for orders above £40.
USA, Canada & Australia Fully Tracked Express is £5.99 reduced to £4.99 for orders above £40.
USA DHL Global Express is £17.99 reduced to £14.99 for orders above £40.
Australia DHL Global Express is £29.99 reduced to £26.99 for orders above £40.
Canada DHL Global Express is £23.99 reduced to £20.99 for orders above £40.

Please note we cannot accept any returns if the item has been removed from its hygiene sealed pouch. I'm sure you can understand we cannot resell used body jewellery.
We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalised products unless the item is faulty or damaged.
