Nipple piercing jewellery in implant grade titanium. Straight barbells are the standard fitting, with rings and hoops as an option once the piercing is fully healed.
Nipple bars
Straight barbells sit flat and put the least pressure on a healing piercing, which is why piercers fit them first. Threadless bars are easier to change and have no exposed threading to catch. Ball, disc and jewelled ends all fit the same bar.
Rings and hoops
Hinged segment rings, ball closure rings and circular barbells suit healed nipple piercings. Internal diameters of 10mm to 12mm are the usual starting point.
Sizing
Most nipple piercings are 1.6mm (14g), with some at 1.2mm (16g) or 2mm (12g). Bar lengths of 12mm to 16mm cover most people. Nipple piercings can take a year or more to heal fully, so leave changes until you are certain.
