1. INTRODUCTION

These programme terms govern all publishers (affiliates) participating in the Stretch It Body Jewellery affiliate programme on the Awin network (the "Programme"). By being approved into the Programme, publishers agree to abide by these terms in addition to Awin's network-wide publisher terms and conditions. Breach of these terms may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the Programme.

These terms are intended to support a healthy, sustainable programme that rewards publishers who genuinely introduce customers to Stretch It Body Jewellery, and that protects the brand from attribution practices that do not bring incremental value.

2. PROGRAMME ESSENTIALS

• Commission rates are configured via Awin's Commission Groups. Publishers should refer to their Awin dashboard for their current applicable rate
• Commission is calculated on the net sale value of qualifying transactions, excluding VAT and shipping charges
• Cookie window: 30 days
• Validation: transactions are validated weekly once the store's standard returns window has elapsed
• Currency: GBP
• Network: Awin (Programme ID 100191)

Stretch It reserves the right to vary commission rates by market, product category, or partner category, and to amend rates at any time subject to the notice period set out in Awin's network terms.

3. PERMITTED PROMOTION METHODS

We welcome and actively encourage the following promotion methods, subject to the prohibited activities set out in Section 4:

• Content marketing — blog posts, guides, reviews, product round-ups, aftercare and educational content
• Email marketing to your own opt-in subscriber base
• Social media — Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and similar platforms
• Cashback and loyalty schemes (subject to attribution rules in Section 4)
• Influencer promotion
• Comparison sites and product aggregators
• Paid search advertising on brand terms is prohibited (see Section 4.1); paid search on non-brand terms requires prior disclosure and approval (see Section 4.2)
• Display advertising on your own properties

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are prohibited or require prior approval. Where a publisher is found to be in breach, Stretch It reserves the right to reverse affected transactions, suspend the partnership, or remove the publisher from the Programme.

4.1 Brand bidding and trademark protection

Publishers may not bid on, advertise against, or otherwise target the following protected terms or any variations thereof (including but not limited to misspellings, plural forms, hyphenated variants, spaced or unspaced variants, and combinations with generic modifiers such as "voucher", "code", "discount", "coupon", "promo", "sale", "UK", or "official") on any paid search or paid advertising platform, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, and any other paid advertising platform.

Protected terms:

• Stretch It
• StretchIt
• Stretch It Body Jewellery
• Stretch It Body Jewelry (US spelling)
• stretchitbodyjewellery.co.uk
• stretchitbodyjewellery
• sibj

In addition, publishers may not:

• Use any protected term in ad copy, headlines, descriptions, display URLs, or destination URLs of any paid advertising
• Direct-link from any paid advertisement to stretchitbodyjewellery.co.uk via an affiliate tracking link
• Use the Stretch It Body Jewellery name, logo, or brand assets in any way that suggests official representation of, employment by, or partnership with Stretch It beyond the affiliate relationship
• Use trademark protection or competitor monitoring services to outbid Stretch It on its own brand terms in paid auctions
• Use SEO tactics designed to displace Stretch It from organic results for its own brand terms (e.g. doorway pages or look-alike sites)
• Register domain names containing any protected term

4.2 Paid search on non-brand terms

Publishers wishing to run paid search or paid advertising campaigns targeting Stretch It Body Jewellery products using non-brand terms (including but not limited to product category terms, generic descriptive terms, or competitor brand terms) must disclose their planned activity to the Programme manager and receive written approval before beginning any such campaigns.

Approval requests should include the target keyword themes, platforms, and any material planned for use. Approval may be granted, granted subject to conditions, or declined at Stretch It's discretion.

Undisclosed paid search activity of this kind may result in commission reversal on affected transactions and, in serious or repeated cases, removal from the Programme.

4.3 Voucher and discount code policy

• Publishers may only promote voucher codes that have been explicitly issued or approved by the Programme manager. Public voucher codes obtained from third-party sources may not be reposted on publisher sites or in publisher content without prior written consent.
• Publishers may not state or imply the existence of codes that do not exist, including the use of "no code needed" or "code may be available" language designed to capture clicks from customers searching for codes.
• Publishers may not use ghost codes, expired codes, fake codes, or any technique designed to make customers believe a code might exist in order to capture clicks.
• Stretch It may designate any code as partner-exclusive (i.e. attributable only to a specific publisher). Where a code has been designated partner-exclusive, no other publisher may promote that code.
• Stretch It reserves the right to require any publisher to remove or stop promoting any code at any time and with immediate effect.

4.4 Attribution and last-click practices

The Programme is intended to reward publishers who actively introduce traffic and customers to Stretch It Body Jewellery. Practices designed to capture last-click attribution without contributing meaningful, incremental traffic are prohibited, including:

• Browser extensions, toolbars, or pop-ups that activate when a user is already on stretchitbodyjewellery.co.uk and claim last-click attribution for transactions already in progress
• Cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, or any other technique that drops affiliate tracking cookies without active and informed user engagement with affiliate content
• Retargeting display advertising that solely targets existing Stretch It visitors and customers, unless explicitly agreed in writing as a separate arrangement with the Programme manager
• Re-attribution practices including post-purchase code injection, checkout-page overlays, or any technique that intercepts or interrupts a customer's purchase journey to capture commission
• Any other technique designed to claim commission on transactions where the publisher has not meaningfully introduced or influenced the customer

Where Stretch It has reasonable grounds to believe a publisher's transactions are wholly or substantially attributable to such practices, affected transactions may be reversed and the partnership may be suspended or terminated.

4.5 Sub-networks, sub-affiliates, and third-party publishers

• Publishers operating as sub-networks or aggregators must disclose this status on application or as soon as the activity begins.
• Sub-networks must be able to identify and disclose the underlying publishers driving transactions on request.
• All sub-affiliates and downstream publishers are bound by these Programme terms. The contracted publisher remains responsible for the conduct of any sub-affiliate operating under their account.

4.6 Other prohibited activities

• Spamming, including unsolicited email, comment spam, forum spam, and similar
• Misrepresentation of Stretch It products, pricing, availability, or terms
• Use of malware, adware, spyware, or any software that disrupts or interferes with the user's normal browsing experience
• Promotion of Stretch It on adult, hateful, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable content
• Fake or fabricated reviews and testimonials
• Bait-and-switch tactics or any deceptive promotion
• Any activity that breaches applicable advertising standards (including ASA / CAP code in the UK), consumer protection legislation, or data protection law (including UK GDPR and PECR)

5. VALIDATION AND COMMISSION REVERSAL

Transactions are validated weekly once the store's 14-day returns window (from delivery) has elapsed. Stretch It aims to validate transactions promptly and without unnecessary delay.

Transactions may be reversed for any of the following reasons:

• Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders (partial refunds will result in proportional commission reversal)
• Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent transactions
• Transactions in breach of these Programme terms
• Transactions where attribution is reasonably believed to have been gamed (see Section 4.4)
• Duplicate transactions
• Test orders or internal staff orders

6. COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT

• Where a publisher is found in breach of these terms, the Programme manager will typically issue a written warning identifying the breach and a deadline for resolution (usually 48 hours).
• For minor or first-time breaches, affected transactions may be reversed and the partnership continued subject to corrective action.
• For repeated, serious, or wilful breaches, the publisher may be suspended or removed from the Programme with seven days' written notice in line with Awin's network terms.
• For breaches involving fraud, malware, brand bidding, or material reputational or financial harm, Stretch It reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately and pursue any remedies available under Awin's network terms or applicable law.
• Stretch It reserves the right to monitor publisher activity, including via third-party brand protection and trademark monitoring services, and to use any evidence obtained to enforce these terms.
