WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We pride ourselves on speedy dispatch times. If you place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday we'll dispatch your items the very same day. Unfortunately, we need a couple days off so we do not dispatch on weekends. For customers using DHL Global Express the cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm.
HOW MUCH AND HOW LONG?
We know paying for delivery sucks, so we've tried to keep costs to a absolute minimum! If your order is in the UK and over £30 we'll ship it for free (1-2 business days, £2 parcel fee). For any other areas or order types check out our shipping info below.

Stretch It Body Jewellery ships to every corner of the earth. If someone lives there, we'll ship there! Excludes Middle Earth.
WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all currencies from all over the globe. Our clever website will pick up where you are visiting us from and hopefully display your native currency. Please note that the conversion shown on the website is taken from live rates but may not be 100% accurate to the exact amount you will be charged. All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pound) and are converted and charged by the payment gateway or your bank. These conversion rates can vary slightly and your bank may also charge a small fee to complete this conversion.
For 100% accurate charges before committing to the purchase we recommend using Paypal at checkout. Paypal will show you the exact conversion to your native currency before checking out and will charge no fees to you as the buyer. You also don't need to have a Paypal account, simply check out as a guest.

We like to give our customers options, that's why we offer more payments methods than any of our competitors. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Payal, Amazon Pay and you can even pay with your finger print or face thanks to Apple Pay.
Our new Clearpay option for UK residents allows you to spread your order over 4 fortnightly payments completely FREE of charge!
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM / SIZE,
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT?
Don't sweat it, we all make mistakes! You can simply return the item(s) to us and we'll either refund you or send out a replacement free of charge (if the product is the same price).

Please note we cannot accept any returns if the item has been removed from its hygiene sealed pouch. I'm sure you can understand we cannot resell used body jewellery.
We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalised products unless the item is faulty or damaged.
