Earrings for lobe piercings: flat back studs, small hoops and hinged rings for your first, second and third holes. The lobe is the easiest placement to wear, so most of our body jewellery range fits here. This collection pulls together everything sized for it.
Second piercing earrings and lobe stacks
Upper lobe and second piercings sit closer to the cartilage and suit smaller jewellery than a first hole: a 6mm or 8mm flat back stud, or a 6mm to 8mm hoop that hugs the edge of the lobe. Mixing a gem stud in the second hole with a plain hoop in the first is the simplest way to build a stack.
Flat back earrings for lobes
Flat back labret studs are the comfortable choice for lobes because nothing sticks out behind the ear. Pick a threaded or threadless bar in the right length and swap the top whenever you like with our build your own barbell range.
Sizing and materials
Standard lobe piercings are 1mm (18g) or 1.2mm (16g); stretched lobes have their own home in plugs and tunnels. The lobe is the most forgiving placement, so the range is the widest we have: flat back earrings and hoops in implant grade ASTM F-136 titanium and solid gold, brass and surgical steel rings in every size, and a few acrylic, glass, wood and stone styles for a bit of fun. For a fresh or healing lobe, stick to titanium or gold; once healed, wear whatever you like. The material is listed on every product and in the filter.
