Nose piercing jewellery for every placement on the nose: nostril, septum, bridge and high nostril. Nostril piercings are the most popular piercing after the ear lobe, and most nostril jewellery falls into two groups, nose rings and nose studs. Septum and bridge piercings take their own shapes and have their own collections.

Nostril piercing jewellery
A nostril piercing takes a nose stud (bone, screw or L-shaped), a flat back labret in 5mm to 6mm, or a small ring of 6mm to 8mm. Nose rings come as seamless rings, hinged segment rings and ball closure rings; nose studs cover the three stud fittings plus gem, opal and shaped tops.
Sizing and materials
Nostril piercings are 0.8mm (20g) or 1mm (18g) as standard, with some at 1.2mm (16g); septum and bridge piercings are thicker and sized on their own pages. Nose jewellery spans the whole range of materials: implant grade ASTM F-136 titanium, polished or PVD coated, and solid gold for fresh or sensitive nostrils; brass and surgical steel rings for a healed piercing; and glass, horn, bone and bioplast for stretched septums. The material is listed on every product and in the filter.
