Start by selecting your gauge size to quickly narrow down the options to products available in your size. From there, you can fine-tune your search by product type, material, range, or flare style.

Looking for something specific? You can also filter by body jewellery diameters, ball sizes, and bar lengths.

And if you only want to see what’s in stock and ready to ship, just use the availability filter. Want something that’s out of stock? No problem—sign up for a restock alert right from the product page and be the first to know when it’s back!

You can enter your discount code at checkout. If you’re on a desktop or laptop, you’ll find the discount box on the right-hand side with your order summary.

On mobile, it’s tucked away to keep things neat—just tap ‘Show order summary’ at the top of the checkout page to reveal the discount code box. Pop your code in there, and you’re good to go!

If your discount code isn’t applying at checkout, here are a few things to check:

• One code at a time: Our system only allows one discount code per order. Discount codes can’t be stacked, even during sales. The only exception is shipping discounts, which can sometimes be used alongside other offers.
• Already on sale? If there’s a sitewide sale or special offer running, most discount codes won’t work on top of it - unless it’s for free shipping.
• Expired code: Double-check the expiry date. If the code has expired, it won’t apply.
• Already used: Some codes are single-use only and won’t work if you’ve used them before.
• First-time customer codes: These codes are exclusive to first-time orders. If you’ve shopped with us before, it won’t apply.
• Eligible items: Certain products, like gift cards or sale items, may not be eligible for additional discounts.

Yes! Just enter the lucky recipient’s shipping details at checkout. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, all our jewellery comes in sleek, stylish, branded packaging - perfect for gifting.

We don’t hang about! Place your order before 3PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch it the very same day.

Orders placed after 3PM (or over the weekend) will be sent out on the next working day - we all need a day off sometimes, right?

If you’re using DHL Global Express, the cut-off for same-day dispatch is 2PM.

If you’re in the UK and choose Express Shipping, you’re in luck! We use DPD for mainland UK and Royal Mail Special Delivery for the Highlands, Channel Islands, and other areas where couriers don’t deliver.

✅ Need it for the weekend? We offer guaranteed Saturday delivery on all UK orders placed before 3PM on Friday.

For customers in the US, Australia & Canada, we offer DHL Global Express, which can deliver next working day in some areas. Typically, delivery times range from 1-3 working days, depending on your location.
